The management needs to improve drink service during busy times, as my party waited too long for drinks. The reception staff were very helpful, resolving TV issues promptly.

great for parks and discovering local landmarks within walking distance
I loved my recent stay here. it was just a short walk to beautiful Langley Park and the vast Black Park Country Park where I spent my afternoon walking the trails, enjoying the natural scenery, and just unwinding which made my trip truly memorable. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making everything easy during my stay, but the hotel could improve on its older rooms, as some could use a bit of an update to match the lovely surroundings.

Not Ideal for Family Stay
The staff were genuinely friendly, I found their assistance valuable, especially when I needed help with the check-in process. Breakfast was actually quite nice, the chap who greeted us was a real gem and made sure we were comfortable with our dietary needs.
It wasn't exactly affordable, but I guess that's what you pay for a family room.

The Executive Double Room was pretty spacious and bright, making it a nice place to unwind. The bed was super comfy, and I loved having a cozy seating area. The shower was great too with nice toiletries. A cup of tea in the room was a bonus. Just wish the pillows were a bit better. they were a little lumpy. All in all, it was a solid stay.
